Well done Rommy, sadly I never read your post and would have maybe bet more if I had. My best mate at school always said put money on any horse around 16-1 on the National so I did and always have (there were three when I placed my bet.) Ended up winning £50 in the end. Reckon I'm up over the 25 odd years I've been betting on the race.
