I'd guess that the rule is you can't charge away fans more than home fans. So you can't charge (say) Newcastle fans £50 to fill the away end. |  |

That is true... Which is why we have been getting away with charging £30+ for years as it cannot be higher than tickets in the comparable home section. Therefore we've been charging those poor so and so's the most we can actually get away with.
