Alabi was signed mainly to play in the u23s and as a very cheap punt that might have come off. Marriott needed to move on to progress, he wasn't moving forward here. |
Funny that, because none of those you named are strikers other than Sears, who Mick didn't particularly seem to like playing as a striker. As for the rest of the crap you've talked there, it hardly makes sense to sign an older and less impressive striker to play in the U23s when you've released one doing well in the U23s.
