You could argue that he has kept to his word, but point 5 hasn't worked out and is somewhat outside his control.

Well I for one am looking forward to this plan.

When's it going to start?

This plan is going to reignite is from the depths of the championship. When did he say it will begin again?

Quite sad actually because the sad stale nature of the club because attendances are dropping year by year. Think we will be paying in front of 12,000 by the end of the season.

Evans isn’t really that interested in the club if I’m being honest.

Poll: Would you be happy with Paul Lambert?

I think the state of the stadium and the pitch sums up the attitude of Evans.

Neglect.

Can pick holes in many decisions when you relate back to this plan.

And what is the overiding aim of the plan? Against what do we judge success? Promotion? Staying in this division?

I've always said that any team finishing above their wage budget (compared to others) has had a successful season.

Agreed but if that's the target...well.

A 3 Points Plan would be nice.

1. The players are there, but Hurst has decided to loan them out, not play them, in favour of worse players on loan from other clubs.

2. Would have thought the wage budget has decreased with the high earners leaving. Can’t believe the new players from League one and two would be on as much as Waghorn, Webster and McGoldrick. Even Bru and Hyam would be on more. Notwithstanding last years loans are likely to command more in way of wages.

3. He hasn’t made an annual investment for purchasing players. He has RE- INVESTED SOME of the fees received, but by no means all. That’s not investment.

4. If anything he has provided managers too much time.

5. Out of his hands to an extent, but needs to appoint a manager who plays that way. Hurst wasn’t exactly known for his attacking play at Shrewsbury. Lots of 1-0s.

Neglect is the best way to describe the club from head to toe.

I thought there was a plan to have a certain percentage of the first team squad to have come from the academy as well.

My hope is that they’ll come back January, football-wisened and ready to tear up the Chamionship 🙏🏼

Milne (who he ?) said he wanted 50% of the squad to be from the academy by 2017.

That was when the club had the begging bowl for funds. All now long forgotten, as with so much else.

You mean like MM did. Pity that wasn't good enough for lots of our fans
who wanted silky football. Now you have got similar direct football and worse results, super.

There isn't one really is there. It seems to be a list of things that often happen at clubs as a matter of course (except for the stable management team bit). He could justifiably say he's stuck to most of those points. The problem is the plan is a bit crap.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

As the owner you would have thought it would be in his interests to take control?

He HAS taken control. All the people with experience and insight were excised over a decade ago, starting with the financial director on day one. He installed the galloping major to maximize ticket touting opportunities from the Olympics (his Olympic in-tray was always his number one priority) and ended up with Guam. He replaced that serial failure with tweedledum and tweedledee, now just tweedledum - a borrowed exec whose primary skillsets would be telephone sales of dodgy symposia - or ticket touting. For the last decade Town has been run as a cog in a foggy touting empire, whose primary purpose is cross-charging. Nobody at the club has any control of their budgets - they cant buy paint for the training ground or paper clips. Football is a very low priority BUT according to his own accounts his football club is the only part of his oh-so well run business empire that showed growth in the last year. Given the sale of Waghorn, Webster and the other bloke that might even be try.
