1. The players are there, but Hurst has decided to loan them out, not play them, in favour of worse players on loan from other clubs.
2. Would have thought the wage budget has decreased with the high earners leaving. Can’t believe the new players from League one and two would be on as much as Waghorn, Webster and McGoldrick. Even Bru and Hyam would be on more. Notwithstanding last years loans are likely to command more in way of wages.
3. He hasn’t made an annual investment for purchasing players. He has RE- INVESTED SOME of the fees received, but by no means all. That’s not investment.

There isn't one really is there. It seems to be a list of things that often happen at clubs as a matter of course (except for the stable management team bit). He could justifiably say he's stuck to most of those points. The problem is the plan is a bit crap. |  |
