Red Dead Redemption 2 17:28 - Nov 6 with 6473 views | Luk38644 | Finished it last night.... wow. I won't spoil anything for anyone. It's the best game I've ever played. Basically an interactive and customisable western film. The final scenes of Chapter 6 are bloody emotional and it's only a game, I felt like a right tw*t sitting there with a lump in my throat. I never thought I'd like a character in a game more than John Marston, but Arthur Morgan has surpassed him.

good reference! Great game. Shame there aren't more hours in the day to actually devote some time to it!

I'm still coming across him in random towns, apparently there is a grave for Gavin up north somewhere and the English bloke has lost his mind!

Whenever I came across him in the main game, he was a dapper gent in a straw boater. In the later epilogue years, he’s slightly mad, hatless and dishevelled 😄

I hope you’ve not got too much stuff you want to do then as John not being able to swim is a pain in the a*se

Red Dead Redemption 2 on 10:22 - May 18 with 473 views | TractorWood | I think Swansea recommended it when it was on sale so I took the plunge. It's a superb game for lockdown because it lingers in your thoughts. It has a superbly rich world, it has mastered random encounters and the story telling like the mission in the St Denis mansion with the fireworks is surreal and beautiful. Huge amounts of missions are optional and you can truly do what you like. Once you surrender yourself to it being a truly different proposition to GTA you can start enjoying it. When I think of good games, I think of games that redefine what's possible at the time. So for me, this is a really random list, it's in good company like: - Mass effect 2 - Shenmue - GTA through time - Fallout 3 - Super Mario 64 My only negative about it, is that it is not really very fun. It is not immediately that enjoyable. 'Has anyone seen my mate Gavin?' [Post edited 18 May 2020 10:24]
