Paul Mariner book 13:42 - Dec 28 with 852 views | FBI | Started reading Boxing Day (Thanks, Secret Santa) and finished yesterday. A fascinating read and some brilliant anecdotes in there as well as eye-opening on-the-pitch stories from games I was actually in the crowd for. But the last few pages were a difficult read, knowing what was coming. Paul's home debut was also my first time at PR and so I've always felt a particular affinity for him. Suffice to say that I felt a bit rattled when I closed it for the last time.

Paul Mariner book on 13:50 - Dec 28 with 791 views | sw20tractor | I’m half way through and love it. Had me in tears a number of times already and was my hero growing up. We all know how good Sir Bobby was as a manager but this books shows he was unique.

Paul Mariner book on 14:53 - Dec 28 with 631 views | azuremerlangus | I’m up to his retirement from playing so got the tough ending still to come… Much more playful character than I remember, but then again on the pitch he was always appeared focussed on the task in hand - and thats what I remember.
