Yes you can, through iFollow. Last time I bought from Europe it was about £7 for the match but that was a while ago and I’m not sure if that’s changed since.

Stream starts 30 minutes before kick off and I think you need to use the settings cog in the bottom right of the screen if you want local (BBC Suffolk) commentary.

Looks like it’s 11 euros for the one game and 30 euros for a monthly pass.

If you’re outside the UK you can watch all the Saturday games as well as the midweek games.
