Bat Out Of Hell - one of the best party albums ever.

We had a thread about meatloaf not that long ago, seems like opinion was quite divided but personally I was gutted to see this today, you have to view Meat and Jim as band and together they produced some outstanding music.

Bat out of Hell, both the album and the single are masterpieces.

Paradise by the dashboard lights is truly epic.

Plenty of others but those 2 are absolute standout.

On a hot summers night would you offer your throat to the wolf with the red rose on?

RIP Meat

Sw him at Newmarket a few years back, 2 of my faves, there would be far more faves if one were to compile a list as I'm sure many could.

R.I.P Meat Loaf

Saw him 'in his prime' in the late 70's, an unbelievable concert. Such a stage presence.
Went on to see many times after.
Your quite right Bat Out Of Hell is a masterpiece.
Of course we mustn't forget Jim Steinman
RIP Meat

Yes, it's sad. I think he was a nice bloke.

Yes, I saw him in his prime on the Bat Out of Hell Tour too. One of those concerts I'll never forget.
