Until we are playing in it again - week in, week out we can’t really say. There still looks a big gap to me between L1 and the Championship. Not sure we can compare the standard of the Championship based on us competing well against Burnley’s 2nd XI. However, I certainly feel we could match what Sunderland have done this season and push for a top 10 finish. I suppose it all comes down to how much Gamechanger want to invest to push us on once again? [Post edited 8 Apr 2023 10:07]

From what I've seen of the Championship this season it looks a poor, tired league. Genuinely think we'd be competing top half with this squad if we were in there currently, with a couple of additions we could have a decent crack at the top 6. |  |
