Add a friend… 10:43 - Jul 31 with 762 views

Just got tickets for Stoke no problem which was good. 1 thing that puzzled me was the ‘add friend’ option when assigning tickets. I entered my friends details and it said details already exist…well of course they already exist. If they didn’t exist then my friend wouldn’t be eligible to buy a ticket so not sure the function of this feature unless I’m being an idiot which is possible.

It probably meant already exist as in already on your F&F?

You just have to assign it to their name in the basket.

No they don’t exist on my friend and family list. There is a ‘find’ tab
though so was easy enough to buy there ticket so no real issue
