Everybody has been saying it should be called off since yesterday.
With the train station closing due to flooding in Rotherham and several flooded areas around the area it beggars belief how anybody with any sense could postpone the game so late. It should have been postponed 09.00 this morning.
With over 2000 Ipswich fans already either in Rotherham or nearly there it is a disgrace the way this has been handled.
Rotherham should pay for all wasted travel expenses for Town fans. | | | |

Whilst I appreciate that the weather has been terrible all along Rotherham have insisted the game will go ahead, nows it's called off. They should be hugely fined for this as they would have known the state of the pitch by lunchtime and the prevailing weather. Very poor on their behalf. | | | |

They are actually restricted in what they can do (even if they wanted to call it off - which they wouldn’t). You can’t call a match off if the pitch is playable, and everything is safe based upon a weather forecast. FA rules prevent it. Or used to, at least. Possibly this rule should be updated now, as weather forecasting has really got very accurate now |  | | |
