West Brom vs Southampton should give us some insight into how the saints will cope with pressure.

And its a big night in Norwich, where the Budgies are hosting a watchalong of their 30 year anniversary of beating Munich. A little reminder of how truly tinpot they are.

Cmon the Baggies.

Russell Martin looked a bit rattled in interview already.

Would be great. We know how good West Brom can be. Hopefully at home they turn it on tonight and put saints to the sword!

Very early red card for their manager!

Corberan sent off haha.

He annoyed me last week, even from up in SBRU.

It went out didn’t it? Harsh red, I’d rather seen him stay on the sideline . Hope this doesn’t impact West Brom performance.

It hadn't gone out - the assistant was in line and didn't flag. It was then rolling such that it was most unlikely to go out. A stupid thing to do and outside his technical area to do it.

Dreadful marking now for the goal too.

Assistant didn’t flag… I’ll need something more concrete than that 😂

Annoying. Southampton look dangerous but they also look like they can be got at at the back.

Baggies final ball is poor. Saints very slick going forward. Next goal very important.

And West Brom's defending is worse than Saints' too.

They've grown very well into this game. But unlucky not to get a pen there. Leeds and Leicester have had pens for less given!!

Equally Saints are nothing like the team we were when we played them at the Hawthorns.

First game after an international break was the worst time to play them really, they were a Corberan side on steroids.

This is the difference between us and teams like Southampton snd Leeds United, when we played WBA at The Hawthorns we didn’t lay a glove on them. Southampton have been comfortable during that first 45mins. 2nd half still to go, but WBA need to step it up, the Saints showed their quality during that first period.

Saints totally controlled the game. We were never in it there & looked a schoolboy team in comparison. We have yet to show up & dominate the really big games. We’re too loose at the back also. But that was a particularly bad night for us, we will improve.

We're not really in Leicester, Leeds or Southampton's league. Nor is anyone else in this division.

When clubs come down from the PL and get their act together, they always go back up. It's just typical that when we get a points total that would usually see us way out in front that all three of them have done that.
