I've got hay fever in February 09:32 - Feb 26 with 1861 viewsnodge_blue

My eyes have been itchy and a bit of sneezing. I thought surely it cant be from pollen yet, but I looked on a pollen index site and tree pollen is moderate today. In February. Dear Norris is this a record?

I've been starting earlier & earlier every year over the past 5 - it was late November this season - all tree pollen, and same as Bellevue, pretty much all gone by May usually.

Birch trees are the main culprit - and sadly, the local woods that I mostly walk the mutt in, consist of about 90% birch!

I tend to suffer from weed pollen too so I get another dose late summer....

Don't seem as bad as I did a few years back.

Did you know that in Victorian times Hayfever was very rare.

Mine has been bad since early February. It's reassuring to hear I'm not the only one suffering.

Nice thanks.

My google search says can be used for hedges. Hopefully it's a short season as I rubbed my eyes so much they are now sore.
