In terms of getting through, yes but if not having a replay means missing out on a big away day for non-league teams, this could result in missing out on a pay day of a life time.

Replays are a big chance for the little teams to see a big team at their local. Top level football is really becoming crap isnt it? If they go through though they get the prize money for that round and the opportunity of a draw at a big club in the next round.
The 'glamour' replay doesn't happen particularly often whereas clubs going through to later rounds will probably happen fairly regularly now as they grind out a draw on win on pens.
It will be interesting to see how it pans out of the next couple of years but I think it's likely more clubs will benefit financially from this than lose. | |

Think it is the right thing and to do and whilst lower league clubs might lose out financially, they do effectively stand a better chance of progressing each round, with no replays, you'd feel. |  |
