Realism 13:07 - Apr 25 with 960 views

I think i'm in the same boat as everyone.

I'd love to a fresh squad, new faces, 10-15 million spent, 20+ goalscorer.

But as we all know, this is Marcus Evans. So if you were thinking from a realistic position, what do you see happening?

To be honest the most important thing we can do to freshen up the squad this summer will be to change the philosophy from one that's scared and negative to bold and attacking. If we don't do that then it really won't matter how much money is spent or who we sign, it wont change a thing.

I see us continuing to sign loanees and freebies. Bart will likely be this summer's sacrifice. We'll have a long and tedious chase for a striker we're never anywhere near bidding enough for before the window closes and MM says he has a great squad, we couldn't find anyone better so why bother signing anyone? Next season will be a relegation battle.
