So, how good was that England result against India then? (n/t) on 17:18 - Jul 5 with 178 views | Funge | It was nuts. Difficult to think of another team that has changed character, so dramatically, so quickly, and with such a remarkable up-turn in results. To be in the situation this morning, with 120 runs needed, and 7 wickets left - and to be fully confident that we would win - how on earth has that happened? I wonder if this is a 'turn of the tide' moment for Test Cricket, and that chasing down targets of 250+ becomes normal.... I would imagine that every other team (but especially India and Oz) are wondering how to replicate this strange 4th innings aggression. That said, India bowled like amateurs today, and none of the pitches prepared this summer have really deteriorated to any great degree; clearly both factors massively work in the batsmen's favour... It's obviously a lot of fun to watch. | | | |
