I would suggest he has a decent enough squad to work with, enough to keep us in this division. He would just need to change the way we played - trying to pass it out from the defence instead of giving it back to the opposition. In this window, he just would need to sign two decent midfielders - hopefully younger players from Leagues 1 or 2. Wouldn't have to spend a fortune. Changing the way we played - trying to keep the ball for longer than 2 passes - would be more important than any signings.
