I think short-termism is what got us where we are now...

I mean, the last up-and-coming manager we appointed (not including Magilton who had never managed before) was... Burley.

And since then we've pretty much had out of work big-name old school managers looking for their last paycheck before retirement - the managerial equivalent of Bowyer, Chopra or Bullard. We've got to change tactic
