Whilst it was an atrocious event these constant minutes silences, decided on by whom exactly? Are becoming such a common event as to be diluted in meaning. Then what?

Sorry you may have mis interpreted, I was trying to point out that minutes silences will become so common at the current rate that they lose their power. We never used to have for IRA bombings or am I mistaken? | |
