On Paper this is the more sound appointment.

A history of relative success wherever he's been over the course of 9 to 10 years than 18 months. That's not to say Ross won't end up being the better manager.

I have my doubts over playing style but im interested to see what he does with us, something fresh again, hopefully he will make a big impact here.
