It's a fascinating process, I've seen a documentary before where scientists said the easiest way for aliens to invade would be to re-engineer this fungus to use humans as host and then leave for a bit whilst all our heads exploded and infected our nearest and dearest.

I was at school with Rod Argent - well, 2 years below him really. He sang the Once in Royal David's City solo in the cathedral at St Albans at Christmas. Really good treble voice.
