You know, when one song transitions seamlessly into another.
Abbey Road had four or five songs on the b side that did this and you can't really listen to one track on its own without it feeling a bit weird and somethings missing.
Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey by Paul McCartney. Dead finks don't talk/Some of them are old/Here come the warm Jets by Eno
The switch from Wild eyed boy from freecloud to all the young dudes on the Bowie motion picture album makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
Many, many years ago I recorded a party cassette tape and quite accidentally created a perfect segue from Rubber Bullets (by 10cc) into Hi Hi Hi by Paul McCartney and Wings.
It's one of the many defining achievements of my short life.

And you managed to avoid taping the DJ's voice, if you put it together from the radio?

The title track "Blue Lines" into "Be Thankful For What You've Got".
Something about how the former ends and the latter begins makes them seem incomplete on their own.
Also from The Stone Roses - "Elizabeth My Dear" into "Sugar Spun Sister" (plus Waterfall into Don't Stop as the latter is basically a backwards version of the former)
And Tribe Called Quests "Low End Theory" album is pretty much seamless from start to finish

The triptych from Queen's 'Sheer Heart Attack' of Tenement Funster/Flick of the Wrist/Lily of the Valley works very nicely:
In fact, there are a fair few in their early catalogue (pre-Jazz) that work really well.

Any three from Marillion’s Misplaced Childhood. I’m not sure what works best for me. Maybe the last three, but it all works. Is that cheating though, as I suppose any concept album ticks the box of the question in the OP.
Amazing Journey into Sparks by The Who on Tommy. These two tracks were also always inseparable live and a highlight of any Who gig.
I'd also give a shout out for side one of The Who Selll Out. All the tracks are linked by various adverts. Some contemporary. Some written by the band.
Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

I’ve a mid 90’s album called ‘Bar Culture’, where the theme from Get Carter goes into Downtown by Pet Clarke, lovely stuff.
"Get Carter" into "I am the Law" on "Dare" - Human League
Totally spoiled by playing MP3 on random play as they are counted as different tracks.
"E5150" into "Neon Nights" on "Live Evil" - Black Sabbath
" Rosalie" into "Cowboy / Cowgirl's Song" into "The boys are back in Town" - Thin Lizzy. This, at least, is counted as a single recording on some downloads.
