Hi everyone! I'm currently unable to drive and so am getting a supporters coach (to Hull!) for the first time. Anyone travel regularly on them and have anything to share that I should know? Expect a stop at a Motorway service station on each leg of the journey. At least 45 minutes, often an hour, on the way and a shorter stop on the return journey. Coaches 1 to 3 are allocated seating, but the rest are on a first come first served basis. No hot food or alcohol allowed on the coaches! [Post edited 15 Apr 14:55]

Along with the stops, be prepared for pick ups on the way and drops offs on the way back. And detours due to roadworks!
Also, the departure time, aim to be 30ish minutes before that. Nothing like a group of 4 or more people all arriving 2 minutes before we're due to leave and all want to sit together. The coaches should be there 20-30 minutes before they are due to leave and your best off being there then too. | | | |

The coaches usually arrive around 30 minutes before departure, and you can usually walk straight on and sit where you fancy. | |

I’d say it’s actually rare for the coaches to arrive more than 20 minutes before the designated departure time. Normally lots of people waiting before then though. [Post edited 15 Apr 19:18]
