Striker Danny Haynes won his second England U19 cap as Brian Eastick's side defeated Turkey 1-0 in a friendly at Doncaster. Haynes came on as a half-time substitute.

Operating down the right wing, the Town frontman forced Turkish keeper Onur Recep Kivrak into a fine save with a left-foot shot in a promising display.

The only goal of the game came from Norwich striker Chris Martin, on as a late sub.
