David Wright, Owen Garvan and Colin Healy are expected to be in the reserves side facing Stevenage Borough at Portman Road this afternoon (KO 2pm).

Also likely to be in Bryan Klug’s team are Ed Upson, who spent time on loan at Broadhall Way last season, Shane O’Connor and Reggie Lambe.

Lets hope garvan has a good run out, i think him and leadbetter will make a great partnership later in season with colback as back up?.

leadbitter and norris are future of our midfield, garvan has to be back up for now as colback will be off by the time norris returns

get wrighty back in the side, even though he is a right back he's a better left back than Donkey Delaney

wright should be starting at left back, im not going to complain about LR though. he looked very good going forward with Edwards. Wrighty is class.

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has ruled out letting any more of his squad leave the Stadium of Light.

Forward pair David Healy and Daryl Murphy have been linked with loan moves away from Sunderland after failing to hold down a regular place in the side this season.

Info taken from Sky site. Forget them and move on,we do need a CB and maybe a fox in the box quickly ME give RK the funds,he will find the players who want to play for us.

Until we lose again then Keane will find the need to go spending again. We need to start settling on a squad/XI and take it from there.

David Wright - good rightback, but probably not as good as Rosenior, although that still needs to be proven. Would prefer him at leftback to Delaney. We have a history of right footed leftbacks - Taricco & Mick Mills for example.
Garvan - needs to pull his finger out and realise his potential now or ship out. Even quality players need to work and apply themselves.
Healy - a total waste of money. Should have gone to Hartlepool which is more his level. RK favour to Cork

I wonder how Roy would have dealt with Le Tissier, Mcgrath or King ,sorry you dont train hard enough you're not playing !!!

McGrath & King can't do much about their knee problems. Le Tissier though was a lazy player, but immensely talented. Don't think RK would have approved. Just imagine what Le Tissier might have achieved if he worked harder & applied himself. Football fans round the world would be talking about Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Best and Le Tiss!

D Wright should be welcomed back into the squad. Mister consistant last year behind R Wright and could do a good job at left back if required. Garvan may be a good squad player if he can put the right effort in. As for Healy we have much better already loan him out to Hartlepool.
