Young Reserves Side Faces Haverhill
Young Reserves Side Faces Haverhill
Tuesday, 10th Nov 2009 12:50

Town have named a very young reserves squad for this evening’s LB Group Suffolk Premier Cup quarter-final against Haverhill Rovers at Portman Road (KO 7.45pm).

Midfielder Reggie Lambe is the only player involved with any first team experience and, aside from summer signing Troy Brown, the rest of the squad is made up of academy players, including a number of schoolboys.

Reserves: McLoughlin, Bennett, McKeown, Cawley, Eastman, Brown, Griffiths, Carson, Clark, Brandon, Lavery, Lambe, Cramner, James.

anyone know anything about these young uns?

@danknott - why bizarre? pretty meaningless competition, and opposition would be about right for an academy team. perhaps itfc have an understanding that they won't play a 'full' reserve team. surely would walk it otherwise?

If what i've heard is true, i believe we have a behind closed doors match pencilled in for next week - maybe trotter garvan etc will play in that instead
