John Returns to Palace

Crystal Palace have confirmed that Stern John has returned to Selhurst Park after his second month on loan with the Blues.

Earlier in the week, reports in south London indicated that Town had told the Eagles that the Trinidad and Tobago international wouldn’t be extending his stay at Portman Road, although Roy Keane insisted on Friday that no decision had been made on the 33-year-old.

John made seven starts and two sub appearances in two months with the Blues, netting once.

He had a nice touch but we could have maybe done with the Stern John from 6 years ago now. Ref Ambrose, he is there for the taking as are all Palace players.
They are in administration which means you throw any crazy offer in and it has to be considered, if the two parties can't agree then it goes to a tribunal which always turns out good for the buying team. Remember when we had no choice to accept £700.000 for Ambrose when we were in administration? Not his market value then!

He did not really do much for me. And I am sure that keane could get someone far more talented than him.
