Town striker is again the subject of injury worry after once more hurting his thigh early in last night's loss at Huddersfield. The Town striker is considered doubtful for Saturday's game at Blackburn. James Scowcroft is similarly a doubt, so Town could face the Rovers with an Axeldal - Naylor forward line.

Town player-coach Tony Mowbray missed last night's game with a stomach upset is virtually certain to be back in the side for Saturday.

Blackburn are themselves not without their problems as they have sacked manager Brian Kidd. Perennial Ewood caretaker-manager Tony Parkes takes over in the meantime.
