Town supporters have emerged as the second best behaved Premier League supporters with only the odd paper ball throwing Southampton supporters ahead of them. Just 18 Town supporters were arrested at Premier League games last season.

Arrests for football related crimes went up 8.1% according to NCIS. Arrests for domestic league matches in England and Wales went up by 3,391 last season, compared to 3,138 in the previous season.

Most thuggish fans in the Premiership were Newcastle who amassed 191 arrests with their local rivals Sunderland second with 166. Manchesters United and City followed with 150 and 148 respectively.

At the other end of the scale Derby had 28, Town 18 and Southampton 15.
