Peters Joins Bournemouth Thursday, 22nd Sep 2011 18:25 Out-of-favour midfielder or full-back Jaime Peters has joined League One Bournemouth on loan for a month. Peters has rarely featured since Paul Jewell took over as manager with his only appearance this season the Carling Cup defeat to Northampton. The Canadian international, who has previously spent time on loan at Yeovil and Gillingham, is likely to make his debut for Bournemouth when they play Hartlepool at home on Saturday. The 24-year-old, capped by his country on 26 occasions, has been given permission to play for the Cherries in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. Town's longest-serving current player, Peters, who is contracted to the Blues until 2013, has made 71 starts and 43 sub appearances, scoring four goals, since making his debut at home to Cardiff on the opening day of the 2005/06 season.
