Leddy in Irish Squad Tuesday, 13th Mar 2012 21:53 Academy midfielder Jonny Leddy has been named in the Republic of Ireland squad for their UEFA U17 elite stage qualifiers in Holland later this month. First-year scholar Leddy has previously won five caps at U17 level. The Irish youngsters take on Serbia at RKSV Schijndel on Thursday 22nd March, then the hosts and reigning European champions Holland at the same ground on the following Saturday, before completing their group games with a match against Albania at SV Venray on Tuesday 27th March. The winners of the group go through to the finals in Slovenia which will be played in May.
