If zipping across Portman Road on a wire is your idea of fun, take part in the Big ITFC Zip which is being held on Friday 13th, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July. The ITFC Charitable Trust, who are running the event, are also holding a Fun Day on the Saturday.

To take part in the Big ITFC Zip, raise a minimum of £50 sponsorship for the Trust and book one of the 360 slots by calling 0844 801 1555. For more information click here. The money raised will be used to purchase the Trust a new minibus.

Entry to the Fun Day on Saturday 14th July at Portman Road (9.00am-5.00pm) is free. There will be plenty of activities and entertainment for all the family with Blues mascot Crazee coming along, face painting, stadium tours, a castle slide, a bungee run, Hexagol and speed shot, a treasure hunt, craft stands and much more, including a seven-a-side tournament for U10 and U11 teams.
