Town boss George Burley has said he will play Matt Holland on Sunday despite his trip to Iran this week. The Town skipper's Ireland side qualified for the World Cup and have already returned to Dublin.

Burley said: "I'm not just tempted to play Matt, I will be playing him, it is as simple as that. Matt has been doing very well for us and if he has come through unscathed then I will play him."

Burley has also warned Ulrich Le Pen that he may not find success in England immediately. The Frenchman met his team-mates yesterday.

Burley said: "Ulrich has come from abroad and it will take time for him to settle, it won't happen overnight. But has attributes we didn't previously have in the squad.

"He is a natural winger who can take people on and I feel sometimes this season our final ball has not been our best."
