Damn! I wanted to hire the place to host an IT conference.

Seems bizarre but as a remote town fan the lack of e-commerce at town is poor.

Website is terrible....but it's outsourced
Online club shop was better when I had a paper price list and when I used to mail in my orders back in the 80's
Had to stop with town player as it didn't support Mac

I believe the IT role was support rather than anything to do with the club's websites.

..... ON the field things are improving (not before time) - but OFF the field things appear to go from bad to worse.

Not the Club of old - and never will be under this regime.

IT Support staff are useless until you need them.

Soft targets for belt tightening. Get a real grip Clegg, concentrate on growing the business, these 2 are casualties of your failure to retain and recruit high calibre players. I hope you feel bad for releasing these 2 in the run up to Christmas - I suppose you needed to clear your desk in readiness for a busy January sales (hopefully buying) period. Wake up and smell the Deep Heat Clegg!

h32. another typical post from you. do you ever post nething other than criticism of the club. of course its sad for the 2 people losing their jobs, but just as every business in the country faces issues in the current financial climate, football is no different. im sure the club thought long and hard before deciding this action had to be taken. and they doing nothing that many businesses are doing in streamlining certain areas of their company.

blues1 - ever thought of how you embarrass yourself with your constant approval of all things 'Club' - I admire your support of the Club - but have you ever heard of the words 'reality' and 'rational' thinking ?? - I guess not.

Also - get your facts right, before you post about me - or at least check my posts more closely before you make a statement.

blues1 - and while you are at it - have a thought for 'anyone' being made redundant just before Xmas - if you think that's good by the Club - I DON'T - because I am PROUD of being a better person than that.
