N'Daw's Bail Conditions Changed
Friday, 3rd May 2013 15:06

Midfielder Guirane N’Daw’s bail conditions were changed at a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court this morning, allowing him to travel abroad. A previous hearing earlier in the week denied the 29-year-old, who last month pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault ABH, his request.

Judge David Goodin ruled that the Senegalese international will now be able to travel abroad if a £20,000 surety is lodged with South East Suffolk Magistrates Court before 10.45am on Saturday.

The on-loan St Etienne man had argued that he needs to travel overseas over the summer in order to find himself a new club with his terms at the French club up at the end of June.

N’Daw’s loan spell with the Blues is set to end after tomorrow’s game at Burnley, although manager Mick McCarthy has said the player would like to remain with Town and that he would be interested in keeping him, depending on his requirements.

The former Birmingham loanee is due back in court for a committal hearing in June.
