Very sad to hear , condolences to the family...does anyone know if he used to run ITFC summer courses around 1995 as the name rings a bell and I am sure my son attended one in Lowestoft.. if its the same bloke then all I can say is he was a top man.

I can only share peoples sadness on here.

I too used to work with him and I swear he was one of the funniest guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

He used to crack me up with his boast that he was in Tony Adams autobiography (he even knew the page number!) due to the fact Bobby Robsons renouned name mistakes resulted in Tony being called Paul on England call ups!

He used to enthrall me for hours with his stories (some of which made my toes curl!) of when he was in the youth team with all the true greats.

He was a lovely guy and my deepest condolescents to his partner and girls, he really was one of the best.

Paul was such a funny man...absolutely hilarious and loved his football. The world will be a dull and grey place without you Paul. Such a tragedy at such an early age and why does it happen to the good guys?

Keep watching us from your resting place Paul. Rest in peace. You will be missed.

Sad news. Didn't know him personally but remember him in that cup winning team. I was a mate of his team mate Steve Vale (Spook) who sadly passed away a few years ago, and I followed that team avidly. They were something else - total stars the lot of them. My condolences to his girls.
