 Wednesday, 30th Jan 2002 10:21 George Burley has turned down a loan approach from Colchester United for Wayne Brown. Before Christmas Burley also turned down a request from Norwich City for Brown. The Town defender told TWTD recently that he feels his future lies away from Portman Road and that he would welcome move on loan, or indeed permanently. The recent injury to Mark Venus is likely to have influenced George Burley's decision.
