Trains Won't Be Held Back After Replay
Monday, 12th Jan 2015 19:03

Fans travelling by train to Wednesday’s FA Cup third round replay against Southampton should note that a number of last trains will not be held back if the match goes to extra-time and penalties.

Supporters were given leaflets by Abellio Greater Anglia staff at Ipswich Station after Saturday’s game against Derby County.

On Tuesday Mark Murphy’s mid-morning show on Radio Suffolk will be looking at the issue from around 10am.

Well that's a load of rubbish. I come from Chelmsford and am hoping that I'll be getting a lift there. Don't want to be missing the potentially crucial stages of the match! Poor showing, as usual, from Greater Anglia!

Funny how the last trains from Norwich to Sheringham / Gt Yar / Lowestoft are invariably retimed for Cup games at short notice.

Oh yes ....don't bother giving us your money....we don't need it....we will just put the train season ticket up again by more than double inflation. Typical pile of doo doos from an utterly inept service provider. I have read it is because engineering work is taking place ....cant possibly delay its starting time by 3/4 of an hour can they.

Yes Jesney Havoc, a multi million pound global company has based a business decision on a pointless rivalry between two football teams.
