Town are reported to be amongst a host of clubs interestied in bringing Brazilian pair Washington and Adrianinho to England. Both players play for Ponte Preta and are apparently interested in a move to the Premiership.

The players' agent, Gino Culbertson, claims to have received interest in his men from Tottenham, Boro and Sunderland as well as Town. Washington is a 26-year-old striker who has made appearances for the full Brazil side while Adriandinho is a 21-year-old attacking midfielder.

Although TWTD understands that Town have sent scouts to South America in the last year George Burley says that he will not be moving for any more players this season. This particular link looks like an agent touting his players rather than any serious interest from the Blues.
