Canadian Trialist in Action for U21s
Monday, 16th Mar 2015 13:25

Town have named the expected very young side for this afternoon’s U21 game against Nottingham Forest at Playford Road (KO 1pm). The Blues include 17-year-old Canadian striker Dario Zanatta in the starting line-up.

Zanatta joined the Vancouver Whitecaps youth set-up in 2011 and is a Canadian U18 international. He is now looking for a club in Europe and recently spent time on trial with Swedish side IFK Göteborg.

No senior players are involved in today's match with the Town first-team facing Bolton at Portman Road on Tuesday.

U21s: Crowe, Emmanuel, Wyatt, Fowler, Robinson, Hammond, Benyu, Blanchfield, Patterson, McLoughlin, Zanatta. Subs: Hayes, Kenlock, C Smith, McQueen, Ramadan.

This guy looks a decent prospect, but will he suit our tactical style?
