Fans Around the World Meeting Up for Play-Off Second Leg
Friday, 15th May 2015 13:04

While 2,042 Blues will be at Carrow Road for Saturday’s play-off derby semi-final second leg against Norwich City, with the game live on TV in the UK and abroad, supporters across the country and around the globe will be meeting up in pubs and bars to cheer Town on to victory and a place at Wembley (Sky Sports 1, from midday, KO 12.15pm).

The South-West Branch of the Supporters Club will as usual be meeting up at Toto's in Bristol city centre with all fellow Town fans welcome. For more details email Tony Stimson.

For those in Birmingham, the venue has now changed to The Crown. If you’re planning to attend, send forum regular DantheMan a PM to let him know so he can gauge numbers.

The London Branch meet-up at the Jetlag Sports Bar has now reached its capacity.

Chairman Horry Money told TWTD: "We have had an unbelievable response from London-based Town fans."

Money asks for those coming along to make the pub into a Blue haven of Town shirts and flags.

If you’re watching Saturday’s match at a pub or bar in some far-flung part of the nation or world, post it in the comments below. Please do not post links to illegal streams here or on the forum.

LONDON:
There's normally quite a few Town fans in Jetlag on Cleveland St (just below the BT Tower) when we're on tv. I'll be there at least.

Just added to the main story, but in case anyone misses it:

The London Branch are meeting up at the Jetlag Sports Bar in Warren Street, W1T 6QB, where there is a 15ft cinema screen. They need a minimum of 25 attendees for the use of that screen so if you plan to go could you email chairman Horry Money: itfchorry@hotmail.com

He told TWTD: "We will need a minimum of 25 to secure the big screen so would be grateful if you could contact me as to your attendance."

Jayesses and Chappers_bluearmy7 it looks like Warren Street is the place to be. I am going to head there with a couple of friends. If we get the full 25 then we get the big screen.#

Please let it be worth it. COYB.

African based blues should note the match is on SS5 on DSTV. Will be watching from home given Lilongwe is the dullest place on earth.

Greenwich Blue there are lots of places to watch the game but one of the nicest is The Blarney Stone on the Nieuwendijk. It is a n Irish bar with a nice atmosphere and they should have the sound on as usual. Failing that go to The globe off the Zijdijk or the Liedzerplein Sky Sports bar. there are also lots of place to watch the game on the Warmeostraat. I Work in Amsterdam but will be watching it at home via my Ziggo subscription.
