Saturday, 28th Nov 2015 22:14

Town’s U18s made a remarkable late comeback from 2-0 down to beat Brentford 3-2 at their Jersey Road training ground this morning.

The Bees were in front via Chris Mepham and Danny Parish but Ben Morris (pictured) pulled a goal from the penalty spot with 10 minutes remaining.

Then in injury time Kieron Cathline and Morris with his second claimed all three points for the Blues to end a run of four successive defeats. Town's U16s beat the same opposition 5-3.

Meanwhile, Monday afternoon’s U21s game at home to Colchester United has switched to Monday 18th January.

Town: Hayes, Colclough, Daly, Maynard, Cole (Bombalenga 65), Salaudeen (Cathline 46), Jones, C Smith (Muamba 46), Morris, Wilton, Meldrum.
