Walsham-le-Willows are inviting any Town fans who fancy taking in a game on Friday evening to their Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division relegation six-pointer against Thetford Town at Summer Road (KO 7.45pm).

Walsham are currently 17th in the 20-team division ahead of Thetford in 18th on goal difference alone.

The game is the first leg of a Thurlow Nunn League Groundhopper Event taking place over the weekend with fans having the opportunity to watch four matches in 24 hours.

Stowmarket host Woodbridge at noon on Saturday before Hadleigh take on Fakenham at 3pm, then Whitton face Brantham at 6pm.

At Walsham there will be a free raffle for a £50 voucher for every paying spectator, while goody bags including a programme, mug, coaster and club badge will also be on sale.

Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate will also be available, as will burgers, hot dogs and bacon rolls.

As a non-League reporter, Walsham is well worth a visit. Very friendly, well run community club that certainly know how to host; been told they'll have their BBQ on again with their famous burgers. If you want goals, take a look at thetford's results since December; sure to see a few!

Went to Walsham for a cup final last summer. Good facilities and very friendly. I recommend it for local, non-league enthusiasts.

Also Whitton United Kick off at 1800 Saturday evening. If KO had been 1945 then they would have picked up a few more Town fans.
