Dozzell Wins England U18s Cap

Blues midfielder Andre Dozzell started and won his fifth England U18s cap as the Young Lions beat Poland 2-0 at Stevenage’s Lamex Stadium this evening.

Sheffield Wednesday’s George Hirst netted a goal in either half, Dozzell assisting the first, while the second was a penalty.

The England youngsters face France in another friendly on Monday at Peterborough United (KO 7pm).

England U18s: Balcombe (Brentford), Bola (Arsenal), McGuane (Arsenal), Feeney (Everton), Tanganga (Tottenham Hotspur), Dinzeyi (Tottenham Hotspur), Adeniran (Fulham), Dozzell (Ipswich Town), Embleton (Sunderland), Hirst (Sheffield Wednesday), Leko (West Bromwich Albion) (Ennis (Wolverhampton Wanderers) 63). Unused: Turner (Bolton Wanderers), Brown (Tottenham Hotspur), Diallo (Manchester City), Uwakwe (Chelsea), Tanner (Manchester United).

Dozzell looking class in all the videos I see of matches he plays in. Just needs to put some weight on and he'll be ready for the first-team. Our future is looking bright
