Town are to try to build-up the atmosphere at Wednesday's crucial top of the table reserve game against Derby at Portman Road (Wednesday, 7pm). The club are to put in place special pricing structures as the second string chase the FA Premier Reserve League (South) title.

Town chairman David Sheepshanks says of next Wednesday's game: "Obviously all eyes are on our big game with Manchester United, but next Wednesday's match is a massive one for Dale Roberts' side.

"Our club have not won the reserve league for 26 years when Bobby Ferguson coached them to the Football Combination title. It could be a wonderful night for our young side and we hope to get as many people as possible to see it."

Town are currently two points ahead of Arsenal and Derby with a game in hand over both of them and a better goal difference.
