Town’s U18s are in action against Millwall at Playford Road on Saturday morning (KO 11am).

Alan Lee’s side beat the Lions 2-1 in the away fixture 10 days ago with Declan Daniels and Ellis Murrell netting the goals, the match having been rearranged after being postponed in January.

The Blues youngsters will be looking to get back to winning ways after last week’s 3-2 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday.

Elsewhere, TWTD understands the compensation for ex-academy striker Charlie Brown, who joined Chelsea in July, has been confirmed. A tribunal set the figure at around the expected £750,000 mark previously reported.

Meanwhile, the U23s face Nottingham Forest at Alfreton Town’s Impact Arena on Monday evening (KO 7pm).
