Chambers and Talbot on Life's a Pitch
Friday, 25th Aug 2017 12:57

Life’s a Pitch is live on BBC Radio Suffolk from the FanZone at lunchtime on Saturday with Blues skipper Luke Chambers and FA Cup winner Brian Talbot joining regulars Mark Murphy, legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, New Tractorboy and TWTD's Phil Ham (12-2pm).

Chambers is currently on Town’s lengthy injury list having suffered an ankle injury in the 4-3 win at Millwall. The 31-year-old is expected to return to action shortly after the international break.

Ipswich-born former midfielder Talbot, 64, is currently the assistatn director of football with Saturday’s opponents Fulham.

Can Town continue their 100 per cent Championship start to the season against the Cottagers thereby creating a new club record of winning each of their opening five league fixtures? Will the makeshift backline hold out as they did against Brentford? Give us your thoughts on those questions or anything else via email, Mark’s Twitter or during the show by phone on 01473 212121 or text to 81333 starting your message with SFK.

The show can be heard on 95.5FM, 95.9FM, 103.9FM and 104.6FM, and also now on DAB, or online via a widget on this page by clicking here.

Alex Bruce is playing on non contract terms for Bury, perhaps a short term contract until January to solve the CB problem?
