Dyer Hoping for Role Wednesday, 19th Jun 2002 09:43 Ipswich-born midfielder Kieron Dyer says he it would be magnificent to play some part in England's World Cup quarter-final with Brazil on Friday. Dyer, who has come on as sub twice so far in the tournament, says playing against the Brazilians is every player's dream. Dyer said: "Every footballer wants to play against Brazil and I'm no different. "They are the cream and if I get on I will be made up. To be on the same field as Brazil would be magnificent for me." Dyer added that he felt much better for his 45 minutes against Denmark after not feeling fit when a sub against Sweden.
