Feuer May Get Deal Tuesday, 9th Jul 2002 12:46 Town manager George Burley has revealed that the club may offer 6' 7" keeper Ian Feuer a short-term deal. American Feuer could become a stop-gap replacement for Keith Branagan as he recovers from his shoulder operation. Feuer, also linked with a move to Serie B side Fiorentina, has been training with the Town squad and according to Burley could step into the breach: "We need to keep an eye on Keith's fitness. He is coming along but I cannot say yet whether he will be fit enough to travel with us "Ian has trained with us before and knows Malcolm well. If Keith is not going to make it in time, taking Ian is something we could consider." Feuer, 31, has been released by Wimbledon and has previously played for innumerable clubs including Luton, Rushden and Diamonds and Peterborough.
