 Thursday, 2nd May 2019 18:50 The competition to win a pair of tickets to Friday’s comedy fundraiser for former Blues midfielder Simon Milton’s charity Futurestars at Greshams in Tuddenham Road is now closed. Futurestars, which Milton left Portman Road to lead after 30 years at the club in the summer of 2017, is an education through sports programme based in Ghana and Togo. Appearing at the comedy event, run by the Big Cheese Comedy Club, are Adam Bloom, Justin Panks, Dave Ward and Carl Day. The winner of the competition, who was picked at random from those who emailed to tell us that Milton won the Town Supporters Player of the Year award in 1995/96, was Paul Daley. If you didn’t win, tickets are available from Greshams at £10 each.
